Fox Glen Association

Fox Glen is a development of 53 homes on 17 acres, located just south of Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Fox Glen is a private community of detached condominiums in a peaceful, friendly neighborhood. Homeowners are co-owners of the land and all other common elements of Fox Glen and are members of Fox Glen Association.

Association co-owners are responsible for their entire unit, including all exterior walls, siding, roofs, gutters, downspouts, downspout extensions, decks, and driveways. The Association is responsible for maintenance of the common elements, including lawn and landscape maintenance and snow/ice removal.

Fox Glen has frontage on two main county roads and contains over 250 trees, three entrances, three internal paved roads with curbs and sidewalks, an aerated pond, 4 storm water retention basins, wetlands, and three underground irrigation systems serving the entire community. The Board has responsibility to make sure there are adequate funds to operate, maintain and replace these assets.

Fox Glen is managed by its Board of Directors which has the responsibility and authority, under the Michigan Condo Act, to manage and administer the affairs of the Association and to enforce its condominium documents.
